From the moment I arrived to checkout, every step was seamless. The lobby was bright and spotless, and the staff greeted me with a warm smile. The front desk was helpful, answering my questions about the med spa services and guiding me through the process. The treatment rooms felt comfortable and inviting, and the overall environment was calm and relaxing. I was impressed by the professionalism of the team, who explained everything clearly and made sure I felt at ease. The combination of cleanliness, helpfulness, professionalism, comfort, and a soothing environment made my visit to Florida Cosmetic Center a wonderful experience.
I was nervous at first, but the staff at Florida Cosmetic Center made me feel so comfortable right away. The facility was spotlessly clean and the environment was calm and inviting. Everyone was incredibly helpful and professional, answering all my questions about laser hair removal with patience. I especially appreciated how they focused on my comfort during the treatment and made sure I felt at ease the whole time. Overall a wonderful experience and I would definitely come back.
Came here for a Laser Tattoo Removal Consultation for all 11 of my arm tattoos. Some are big, small, deep, light, etc. Despite the differences, my quote was fast, easy, and straightforward. They were very nice, and also kept in contact with me though text afterwards. The office location is in a beautiful location, and inside is very nice and clean. I was nervous at first. Now, not as much since they answered all my questions, and they reassured me about the experience my technician has. They also do installments with Cherry if you don’t want to pay all at once. I’m excited to get started with my journey with Florida Cosmetic Center.
My experience with Florida Cosmetic Center was disappointing. Although the staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable, I was not satisfied with the results of the two services I received. I had laser hair removal, and I still have last sessions remaining. The center never contacted me to schedule my last appointments, which was frustrating. I also had a Sculptra treatment, and I still have two visible marks on my face from the needle technique used during the treatment. It has been over a year, and the marks are still there. While the staff was pleasant, my overall experience and the results of the treatments did not meet my expectations, I still have a significant facial hair, as well as the marks on my face from the Sculptra treatment.
