I booked an appointment and drove here from Herndon. The business is not located at the address listed. I walked around the building twice and it’s not anywhere here. I also called the listed phone number three times and got a disconnected notice. Yet they confirmed my online booking…
Normally I do not reviews, but I thought people who really needed the help with their Rosacea should know about Cristina and how amazing she is at what she does. I developed Rosacea when I turn 30 and I tried everything you can think of to try and control it ( antibiotics, medicated topical creams, facials anything and everything you can think of , but nothing really work. One day doing my research I became across the reviews of her IPL work and decided to give her a try. She was a God send. I started my treatment with her when I was 38, now 45, and my skin looks better than when I was on my late twenties. I have no more flare ups and I could not be happier. Cristina is not only an excellent professional, but also an incredible human being who actually care for her patience and does not only do it for the money like other estheticians. I highly recommend her to anyone who is struggling with Rosacea like I did.
Christina is amazing. She was super communicative from beginning to end. Very professional and thorough. She genuinely cares and wants you to have a good experience. I will be back again.
