I bought her 40 units of Botox off Groupon. I went to Posh Spy to get my Botox. IT DID NOT WORK AT ALL…. I called with to come in for my follow-up. She gave me the injections again which did not work. I explain to her that it did not work and was told that I would have to contact Groupon to request a refund. I never research to see if she’s board certified. I was very disappointed in spending my money for service I didn’t receive. Phyllis Casey
This was the worst experience I have ever had with any business. The staff are EXTREMELY rude and nasty. They refused to honor my Groupon and said I needed to read the fine print, even though the Groupon did not mention the restriction that they claimed. They also claimed I didn’t have an appointment, even though I made an appointment through THEIR patient portal on THEIR website and received a confirmation email. I cannot believe how rude and unprofessional these people are and I hope they go out of business. Groupon customer service said they were “horrified” by my experience and gave me. Full cash refund.
I’ve been calling for ONE WEEK and no one EVER answers the phone. The voicemail says they’ll call back in 24 hours. I’ve called 3 times in a week. No call back. It’s like they’re committed to driving away business. I bought a Groupon to try this place out because I do my treatments religiously. Will be returning. If this is the customer service I’m getting before I even get there, I can only imagine the treatment I get in office. Horrible.
I saw Diane for the 3rd or 4th time today. Not only are her prices the best, I always have good results. I usually get about 40 units, and I usually do not need more at my touch up. If I do, the cost is next to nothing in comparison to the plastic surgeon I used to see. I’m also an RN. I wouldn’t be a client of hers if I felt she was not ethical. The place is clean, and she is professional. She is always on time, answers my messages promptly, and confirms my appointments via text. I’m surprised at some of these reviews. She’s not a miracle worker people, but she is a good practitioner, and knowledgeable in her craft. I recommend her wholeheartedly.
