I had a fantastic experience at Radiance Medspa Fairfax with BillyJo. The staff is always incredibly professional and knowledgeable. BillyJo and Laura in particular are always caring and take the time to explain everything and listen to your goals. The atmosphere there is very welcoming and service is top notch 👌! I truly trust these ladies and wouldn’t go anywhere else! Highly recommend!
Love Radiance! I’ve been seeing Billie for facial peels for about a year & decided to do the Clear & Brilliant facial at her recommendation and—WOW! My skin has never looked so clear, even after the first session. I’ve struggled w melasma for years & it never felt like anything worked. I often felt like it was all I could see in the mirror & it affected my confidence. My only regret is not trying it sooner! It’s smoothed my skin texture, softened wrinkles, and has dramatically reduced—and nearly eliminated—my stubborn melasma. I’ve never felt so confident & feel I can go out without makeup for the first time in years. And I really enjoy my time with Billie—she is such a pleasure! I recommend her & the clear & brilliant to anyone who wants their dream skin!
I have been seeing Laura for years, and am very comfortable having her guide my skin care journey. She is extremely knowledgeable and takes time to educate me on products I actually need, and I feel she genuinely cares about what works best for my skin and desired goals. I never feel as though she is “selling” me something. I moved several hours away but still make it back to her very professional care. I highly recommend Laura and her team @ Radiance.
I went over a year ago for some fillers and the employee did not use any numbing cream and uses about 15 injections on one side and 7 on the other. I asked for a aolution, the manager tells me the same employee needs to fix it. Of course I wouldn't let her fix what she messed up. Fast forward recently, I went there to show the manager how my face is still asymmetrical. The receptionist takes my number and no one calls back. Go somewhere else for fillers for sure.
