I had a fantastic experience with Sculpt Aesthetic. From start to finish, the service was professional, welcoming, and attentive to detail. Jessie, Yasmine, and Kenzie are all incredibly lovely, helpful, and truly excellent at what they do. They take the time to make you feel comfortable, explain everything clearly, and ensure you’re completely happy with the results. Their expertise and friendly approach really set them apart, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their clients. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sculpt Aesthetic to anyone looking for high-quality treatments and outstanding service.
Yasmine is AMAZING! She really takes time to understand your skin care goals and does not push you beyond what you are.comfy with. She keeps yoy well informed of the steps she is taking throughout the whole procedure. Highly recommend!
Disappointing experience I booked this clinic after seeing their Instagram ads for cellulite reduction and paid a $25 fee to schedule. When I arrived, I was told that the treatment requires six sessions to see results, which was not clear from the advertising. I decided not to proceed. I appreciate that the staff was honest about the treatment, but unfortunately, I did not feel welcomed or valued from the moment I walked in. I left feeling like I had wasted both my time and $25 just to learn information that should have been communicated upfront. Very disappointing experience, especially considering I found the clinic through their Instagram advertising. I would not return.
I really wanted to have a positive experience here because the staff was wonderful. Unfortunately, I walked away feeling disappointed and, more than anything, let down by how my situation was handled. I initially went in for guidance about Morpheus8 for my neck. During my consultation with Yasmine, the Master Aesthetician at Sculpt Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery, I was encouraged to also treat my face because I wouldn't want a younger-looking neck that didn't match my face. I trusted her professional recommendation and ultimately agreed to three sessions for both my face and neck, paying $3,160. Before agreeing, I specifically explained that I have very sensitive skin and was reassured that this was one of the gentlest procedures for me. My first session with Yasmine was excellent while I was there. Unfortunately, within two days, my face swelled up like a red balloon. What should have been a short recovery took about a week. I experienced significant pain, swelling, and nonstop itching. I appeared to have reacted badly to something, although I still don't know what. I asked whether another product could be used, but was told it would cost additional money. I was so concerned about another reaction that it took me more than six months to return. Yasmine reassured me that she would use a lighter treatment with fewer needles, so I trusted her and tried again. I even prepared myself with Benadryl, lotion, and Tylenol. Unfortunately, the second reaction was even worse. At that point, I knew I could not put myself through another treatment—especially when I hadn't noticed a difference in either my face or neck. My second treatment was in February 2026. About three months later, I received a call about scheduling my final session. I explained what had happened and that I could not put myself through another Morpheus8 treatment. I was told they would speak with Yasmine and find another procedure to substitute. I'm still waiting. That's what disappoints me most. I didn't simply change my mind. I tried the treatment twice, suffered painful reactions twice, and even gave it a second chance despite being genuinely afraid after the first experience. At the very least, if there was no safe alternative for me, I believe the compassionate and fair thing would have been to refund the unused final session. Even an acknowledgment that my skin simply couldn't tolerate the treatment would have meant something. Instead, I paid $3,160, endured two difficult reactions, saw no noticeable results, and was left waiting for a solution that never came. I wasn't asking for something for nothing. I simply hoped they would recognize that my body could not tolerate this procedure and either provide a safe alternative for the treatment I had already paid for or refund the unused session. Sadly, neither happened, and I am deeply disappointed.
