I am a new patient at Springhouse Dermatology and Aesthetics. The entire staff was top notch! I was there for a consult to have my spider veins. Dr. Margo Weishar explained the whole procedure and answered all my questions. I am going to do the procedure. Carley her assistant went over the treatment plan and was extremely helpful and kind. Exceptional office!
Everyone from the moment I open the door and cross the threshold: smiles, warm greetings and genuine welcoming. I have excema. I've had it my whole life, 69 years. I've been hospitalized. I've been in professional journals. For years I've had dermatologist at Penn. I 'very had cutting edge treatment. But there is something different, personalable, as well as up to date management that I've received from Springhouse Dermatology. Buyer beware: very financially exploitative behavior from this practice, I believe by an esthetician(?) that handles filler and dissolving filler. I’ve had some past filler work done and noticed issues from the injection site. I was told the person handling this would call me back, and they did fairly promptly, but then immediately said they would need $500 upfront. Once I heard that, I hung up. It felt like they were trying to take advantage, and I’m not sure if it was because of my area code or just their standard approach towards any potential client. I'm going to check my options with a plastic surgeon in Saratoga who seems to be taking a more ethical approach. I realize that may not be close but it's worth it not to be exploited. There's more than a handful of accounts that only have 1 review, which makes me question their authenticity.
Every staff member is professional, proficient and very pleasant. Everyone explains everything thoroughly and Dr. Weishar has a very gentle hand when administering injections. I have never felt pressured into treatments or procedures like I have at other dermatologists. I have been a patient here for almost 8 years now and have never had a bad experience.
