YOU Just Better Medspa (Formerly Ideal Image)

I’m so happy with my experience at YOU Just Better MedSpa! After only two laser hair removal sessions, I’m already seeing amazing results—my beard and hairline look so clean, and I barely need to shave anymore! The entire team is so friendly, welcoming, and fun to work with. They listened to what I wanted, recommended the best options for me, and helped me get a great price. I’m really happy with my results and will definitely be coming back for more treatments. Highly recommend this place!

The front office staff here is truly bar none. Every single visit reminds me why I’m willing to drive an hour to get to this office—every mile is worth it. They’re incredibly friendly, always greet you with warmth, and somehow remember the little details from past conversations that make you feel genuinely cared for. They consistently work around my schedule, which I appreciate more than they know. Their kindness, professionalism, and personal touch set the tone for the entire experience. They really are the heart of this office, and it shows in everything they do. Highly recommend as I have had great results from my laser treatments as well.

I called this location, trying to learn more about Ideal Image, come to find out they’re no longer in business. With that said, Heidi was so great to speak with, and I’m glad I was able to connect with her. She helped me fully understand the change of companies. She spent time telling me about it and was very present, so I just wanted to do a quick shout out! Ps, they use the same lasers for the hair removal that the former company used and I can say that the results are long lasting. If you’re on the fence about doing the hair removal treatment just know it is worth it. I haven’t regretted my decision once in the 10 years since I completed my treatments!

Appears to be a complete scam set up! They just changed the names so that they can get out of any “lifetime Contracts”! Before going to my appointment, I was told via text message that they would honor my existing lifetime contract. However, when I arrived in person, I was told that I would need to pay an additional $50 for my touch-up treatments. I was not asking for anything additional from what was included in my lifetime contract. When they reviewed my contract, they did not want to agree with the terms and insisted that I pay an additional $50 per session. I had to go back and forth with them to fight for what was right there in front of them! I have already paid them almost $4000 total, for the agreed terms. But now they want more! They then said that they were doing all of us clients a favor by honoring our lifetime contracts. After further discussion, they agreed to treat the areas covered under my contract this one single time, and any future treatments would require an additional charge. Ironically, they conveniently had a two page additional contract terms all typed up and ready for me to sign. Essentially this is the same company, overall same employees, same manager. They just found a clever way to get out of our lifetime contracts! New name, so it’s a new company, with new rules, with their my way or the highway, basically! Lesson learned!
