Sending this review on behalf of my mother **Absolutely Horrible Customer Service —Do Not Recommend** I have never experienced such terrible customer service. I drove an hour and a half to Luxura Aesthetic Med Spa for my scheduled 12:00 PM appointment, only to have my time completely wasted. When I arrived, I waited at the front desk for almost 20–30 minutes, and not a single person came out to assist me. I eventually had to knock on the door myself just to get someone’s attention. When a staff member finally came out, she told me that I did not have an appointment and began making excuses, despite me showing her my appointment confirmation text as proof. **The most frustrating part is that they refused to honor my appointment, and I ultimately had to walk out without receiving my service.** I drove three hours round-trip for this appointment, only to be treated as though my time did not matter. There was no proper communication, no accountability, and no effort to resolve the situation. The lack of professionalism and basic customer service was shocking. Mistakes can happen, but how a business handles them says everything. Rather than taking responsibility and trying to find a solution, I was left feeling dismissed and completely disrespected. I would not recommend this med spa based on my experience. If you value your time and expect a business to honor your confirmed appointments, think twice before booking here. This was an incredibly disappointing experience, and I will not be returning.

I had a facial yesterday, and my skin looks so hydrated, fresh, and glowing! I couldn’t be happier with the results. All the employees were incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive, making the entire experience relaxing and enjoyable. The new office is absolutely gorgeous, with such a beautiful, elegant, and inviting atmosphere. I highly recommend Luxura Aesthetic Med Spa to anyone looking to treat themselves to some self-care and amazing skincare. I can’t wait to come back for my next treatment! 💖

While scrolling on Facebook, I saw an add for a $79 anti-aging facial. This is a special for a new location’s opening in Leesburg, VA. In the comments, I asked if men could receive this service too. The company responded by direct message that they could and asked if I wanted to schedule appointments. So, I scheduled appointments for my boyfriend and I. An hour prior to our appointment which was several days later, I received a voicemail stating to call the number back to confirm we would be coming to our appointments. I thought this was odd and was immediately concerned that an error had been made regarding our appointments. I called and confirmed. When we arrived 15 mins early as advised, we were provided water and given tablets to fill out paperwork. It felt as though we were being rushed. I informed the receptionist that I like to read what I’m signing (like any responsible person would). There were approximately 3 documents to read and sign; one stating there are no refunds. We then were called back one by one for a consultation and then directed to ours room where we would receive our facials. I had no complaints regarding my facial treatment except there was no background music at first and I could hear several conversations which was not relaxing. However, when discussing my treatment vs the treatment my boyfriend received, we did not receive the same service as was scheduled. In addition to the facial, I received neck, arms and hands massages and he only received a neck massage. He also thought the extraction part was very limited to area with no facial hair. Mahave (sp) was his service provider. If I would have paid the regular price for this service, I would have been highly disappointed. We will not be returning to this location.
